Leading Bay Area gospel artists contributing to musical transition will be invited to their music with student performers of rhythm ‘n blues, jazz, rock and other popular musical genres.

 $15 general admission,  $10 UCB faculty/staff; non-UCB students; seniors; groups 10+,  $5 UCB students

Tickets in advance through Zellerbach hall ticket office, or one hour prior to performance at Hertz. Buy tickets online, or by calling 510-642-9988.

Race, Are we so different.jpg

It’s a simple truth: People are different. Throughout history, these differences have been a source of community strength and personal identity. They have also been the basis for discrimination and oppression. This exhibit provides an opportunity to understand race from a biological, cultural, and historical perspective through engaging, hands-on science experiences; real artifacts; and videos that present people’s unique stories.

This exhibit is included with admission to the Lawrence Hall of Science.
